Shipping, Payment Information and Policies...

Shipping:
All items are shipped First Class Mail via the United States Postal Service. Shipping is FREE to the US and Canada.

You may request Priority Shipping for an additional charge by Contacting me prior to placing an order.

Shipping outside of the US and Canada. I am also happy to ship to Australia and The United Kingdom for an additional charge. Please Contact me via email prior to ordering to request shipment to those countries.

Payment:
Credit cards and e-checks are accepted via PayPal.
All payments must clear PayPal prior to shipping.

For bulk orders from individuals, businesses or organizations, I do accept checks. Pease Contact me prior to ordering if you wish to pay with a check. All payments must clear the bank prior to shipment.

Returns/Refunds:
Due to the highly personalized nature of the items I make, I do not accept returns or grant refunds unless an item is defective in some way.

Errors/Changes:
Personalized information is copied directly from your order. Please DOUBLE CHECK all personalized info for accuracy. If an error does occur, here's how it's handled...
● ON MY PART: If an error is made on my part, a correction will be made and the item(s) will be promptly shipped at no charge.
● ON THE PART OF THE CUSTOMER: I understand errors can happen. If you make an error in providing personalized information to me, your item(s) will be remade at a 20% discount plus shipping charges. Original purchase price and orginal shipping charges will not be refunded.

Order Cancellation Policy: I try to fill orders as soon as possible once information is received. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once tags are made, I do not accept cancelled orders.

Deposits:
A deposit will be required on larger custom/bulk orders. Payment must be made in full before items will ship.

Michigan State Sales Tax:
Sales tax is collected only on orders purchased within the state of Michigan.

The state of Michigan requires that retailers collect 6% sales tax on the full amount of the order INCLUDING shipping and handling.

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is very importance to me.  All information is kept strictly confidential.  It will never be distributed to any other individual or company. All private information is used for the sole purpose of processing your order.  You will never receive promotional or advertisement emails from me after placing an order.

• How long will it take to fill my order?
Please allow approximately 3 to 5 days for your tag(s) to be made plus shipping time (shipping usually takes another 3 to 5 first class mail via the USPS).

• How do I know this site is safe to order from and I'll receive the items I order?
Payments are accepted via PayPal, which allows a secure, safe checkout and doesn't reveal your credit card information to me, the merchant.

I also invite you to checkout my feedback rating and see what previous buyers have said about me on my shop on etsy.com.

• Can I have a tag custom designed and is there additional cost involved?
Custom orders are welcomed. I can design tags for just about anything. Simply Contact me and let me know what you need. Depending on the complexity of the project and time involved there may or may not be an additional charge for the design process.

• Do you offer bulk rate pricing?
Yes, I do. If you wish to purchase in bulk, please Conact me for pricing.
